Consumer rights
Australian Consumer Law gives you rights when goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. This policy adds voluntary commercial rules for change-of-mind returns where the law does not require them.
Location, product type, and cross-border orders
Returns are administered from Australia for Tensiflor, which is a food supplement sealed for hygiene. If you order from outside Australia, the same principles apply, but you are responsible for return shipping costs and customs paperwork unless Australian Consumer Law mandates otherwise for your transaction. We do not imply that the product treats any medical condition; return reasons should relate to order accuracy, damage, or the commercial rules below.
Change-of-mind window
Unopened bottles in resaleable condition may be returned within fourteen calendar days of delivery. Seal and batch label must be intact. Opened food supplements cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons unless a fault is proven.
How to start a return
Email support@phraxellphron.world with your order number, reason, and photos showing the seal. We reply with a return authorisation and the correct warehouse address. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused.
Refunds and timing
Approved refunds use the original payment method within ten business days of us receiving and inspecting the parcel. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Damaged shipments
Report damaged parcels within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos of the outer carton and affected units. We arrange a replacement or refund at no cost when the carrier confirms the issue.
